Roy Dib’s output emerges as a window into a generation born in the midst of conflict and which, through novel representation forms, tries to fabulate new possibilities of coexistence with otherness. In A Spectacle of Privacy, a couple argues in a hotel room about the use of condoms, in a power game that is at once sexual and political.
